- Use the tip of the Precision sponge applicator that is built-in to the cap to outline lips. Then use the full, flat side to apply color throughout. Do not press lips together to blend, allow the lip to dry naturally for about 30-60 seconds to "set" the color. Remove with baby oil or our handy Magical Miracle Make-up Remover Pads.
