While having a Stage account will make for a smooth check out experience the next time you place an order, you're more than welcome to checkout as a guest.

Orders typically take between 7-10 business days to be delivered. We'll send you an email once your order has shipped and include the tracking number, as well as an email when your order has been delivered. If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipped to you separately to ensure faster delivery times.

If we receive word from our partners that there will be a delay in delivering your order, we'll send you an email notification as soon as possible.

Standard shipping is free and generally takes 5-8 business days unless otherwise specified.

At this time, we only ship to all US states, but we hope to expand internationally soon.

Sometimes the carrier will deliver the package to a neighbor or at a different door if they don't feel comfortable leaving it on your doorstep, or they'll pre-emptively mark the package as delivered and drop it off later that day. Check with other household members or neighbors, and if you're still having trouble locating your package, email support@shopstage.co and a member of our Customer Care team will be happy to investigate for you.

Tracking information sometimes takes a bit of time to update. If it's been more than 7 business days since your package showed movement, reach out to our Customer Care team at support@shopstage.co and we'll help you place a new order at no extra cost to you.

If you need to make a change to your order or cancel it, please email support@shopstage.co as soon as possible and our Customer Care team will do everything they can to update or cancel your order before it ships. Please note that depending on timing, our team may not be able to make changes or cancel your shipment.

Please visit our Returns Page with your order number and the email address used to place the order. You'll be given instructions on how to send the item back to us. Our partners take great care in packing your items, but if something should happen to them during transit, we will gladly assist you with a return at no extra cost to you. Simply email our Customer Care team at support@shopstage.co and we'll guide you through that process.

We make returning gifts easy. Simply visit our Returns page and below the button that says "Start Your Return" is an option to make a gift return. Once you click that link, you can enter the information for your order and complete the return.

We will gladly accept any new/tagged/unworn garment(s) within 30 days from day of delivery in the original form of payment or for exchange, minus the original shipping fees. For beauty items, we accept returns on products that are unopened and in its original packaging within 30 days from delivery.

The fastest way to ensure you get an alternative size or color is to return the original item you purchased, and once the return is confirmed, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please note that we may not have all sizes and colors available for each item.

A gift card is always a great idea. You can purchase a gift card here and select an amount between $25 and $200. You can choose to send it immediately or select a date in the future to be emailed to the recipient.

Above all else, support from friends, family, and loved ones is the best gift anyone going through this process can receive.

Once we confirm that your return is on its way, we'll issue a refund back to the original form of payment. If you purchased with all or partial account credit, you'll see this reflected in your Stage account within 24 hours. For refunds back to a credit card, this can take between 3-10 business days to be reflected on your statement, depending on your bank or credit card company.

We accept all major US credit cards as well as AfterPay and Apple Pay.

Any account credit you have will automatically be applied to the next order you place. Account credit does not expire.
